City Home Shipping Policy
At City Home, our goal is for you to receive your order in the quickest and most economical way possible. We review each order individually – considering the destination, weight, and size of items. Shipping charges and methods maybe upgraded at check out if consolidating items in your order will provide better shipping rates and times. The exact shipping amount for your entire order will be calculated and displayed during checkout. Typically, we ship orders within 2–5 business days.
A physical address is necessary for all shipments and local deliveries. We are unable to ship to PO boxes. At this time, we are only able to guarantee shipments within the continental United States. We are able to ship to Alaska and Hawaii but shipments to these areas will require additional time for processing, and shipping rates may be substantially higher than normal. Customers will be contacted after the order is placed to discuss shipping options and to collect any additional fees. If the customer wishes to cancel the order after all fees have been assessed, City Home will provide a full refund for any money collected for the order.

Additional charges apply to items that are too large or bulky to be accommodated by our standard shipping charges. Each of these items is annotated with an asterisk (*) in the title, followed by a disclaimer in the product description.
Orders placed in-store are not applicable for our online free shipping promotion.
We offer the option of local pickup for customers who are able to visit the Portland Metro Area. There is no additional fee for local pickup orders. Once an order is placed it will be ready for pickup within 1-2 business days (sometimes less). We will send you a follow-up email when your order is ready for pickup.
Another option for our local customers is local delivery within the Portland Metro Area. We only offer to arrange this for Oregon residents. Out-of-state deliveries will need to be arranged by the buyer. We use a great third party service called Too Big For My Car. We strongly recommend using this service when arranging out-of-state delivery.
Any payments made for Local Delivery through our website will be refunded if the customer lives out-of-state.
