Whether you're looking for help with a residence or business, our interior design process always starts with a one-on-one consultation process. You'll start by submitting our project questionnaire, giving us some basic information about your space and what you want us to help with. We'll then have a phone call to talk further about your needs and determine whether we should hold our consultation meeting virtually or in-person.
For virtual appointments, we'll have you show us around and we'll walk you through important steps like taking measurements. For in-person appointments on-site at your home or business, we'll visit your space in person, getting a sense of place and taking measurements ourselves. On-site consultations are available in the Portland Oregon and Vancouver Washington areas only, but anyone in the USA can book a virtual consultation. Our Bend location offers virtual consultations and in-store appointments.
After learning more about you and what you need during the consultation step, our team will get to work hand-curating product selections and planning your space. We'll meet with you again to present our design plans, providing mood boards, fabric samples, diagrams and other materials as needed so you can imagine the finished product. If you'd like to see any changes or adjustments to our plan, discuss that during the presentation meeting.
Project presentations can happen in-person or virtually depending on what's convenient for you and where you're located. If you opt to meet with us in-person, you'll meet us at the City Home showroom location of your choice so you can test out our product recommendations in person before placing an order. For virtual presentations, we'll provide you with all the details about the products we've selected so you can be confident that everything is just right.
Our designers will still be fully hands-on to help bring the project to completion after we've finalized all the details in the project presentation step. Once you've identified the exact furniture and decor items you want to purchase, our team will order everything and arrange for delivery to your home. For Design Services clients in Oregon and Washington, our team can even be there in-person for install when your new purchases arrive at your home or business. Everything will be arranged expertly to reflect the design of your dreams!
