Shipping and Returns
We ship within the continental United States via USPS, FedEx Ground or Freight Shipping. At this time we do not ship outside of the United States. If you need delivery to Alaska or Hawaii please reach out as these locations require a slightly higher freight fee. Sorry, we cannot deliver to PO box or APO/FPO addresses. Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
Estimated shipping times can vary depending on product availability and distance shipped; some items must be special ordered and take additional handling time. Non-freight shipments take approximately 4-8 business days in transit from dispatch; certain events, such as natural disasters, may impact shipping time. Transit time is ultimately the responsibility of the carrier.

Return Policy
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase
- Any return for an item over $500 is subject to a 25% restocking fee
- Final sale, discounted, and outlet purchases do not qualify for returns or exchanges
- Custom orders may not be cancelled or modified after 24 hours after purchase
- Special ordered furniture is final sale and does not qualify for returns or exchanges
- Unless due to a manufacturer defect - all sales are final and non-returnable
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- In the event of a manufacturer defect, please retain shipping and packing materials

Delivery & Shipping Information
White glove local delivery in the Portland metro area is $129 per order; we'll deliver inside to room of your choice
Items requiring freight shipment are only available for delivery within the continental United States and are not eligible for express ship methods or PO box or APO/FPO addresses.
The freight carrier will call you 24-48 hours ahead of time to schedule your delivery. Freight deliveries are made on weekdays. Please inform the freight carrier if there are any circumstances that could affect the delivery (such as a narrow driveway, dead-end street, or if the driver will need to park in a specific place).
In order to receive your freight shipment, you must be present to sign for the delivery. Please ensure when scheduling your freight delivery that you choose a date range during which you are available to receive and sign for your items. If you are unable to accept the delivery, you are liable for re-delivery charges/additional fees.
Freight truck shipment includes delivery to threshold (nearest weather safe area: porch, etc.) as standard option. White glove delivery is available at additional charge and includes inside delivery appointment, delivery to the room of choice, unpacking, assembly and packaging removal. Please call or email to inquire about white glove service.
All sales are final and non-returnable. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns are only accepted in case of damage or manufacturing defect. If returning an order that needs to be shipped freight, please know original packaging is required for shipment. If the original packaging has been thrown away the customer is responsible for the cost to package the item for return freight.
