7% cash back on projects totaling $30,000-$50,000
10% cash back on projects totaling $50,000-$100,000
Any items purchased at a discounted price are not included in project total
A completed W-9 is required to receive any cash-back incentive

For qualifying projects of $30,000+ realtor partners receive custom client discount cards to share as a closing or move-in gift.

Each card offers 20% off one item, valid once per year, for client use. Partners also receive a New Mover packet with 20 discounts to share with clients after move-in.
