The NW Natural Street of Dreams 2025 is officially open, and this year's tour highlights some of the most exciting home design in the Portland metro area.
City Home was invited to furnish two standout properties by Elite Homes PDX: Ellavia and Summit 18, both located in the Vineyard Reserve neighborhood in Lake Oswego, Oregon.
Designed by Allie Rivenbark, City Home's Commercial Design Lead, these homes reflect our signature approach to Portland interior design: layered, intentional, and completely livable.

Ellavia: Elevated Interior Design in Lake Oswego
Ellavia leans soft. The palette is calm, the furniture is clean-lined, and the feeling is grounded without being heavy. We layered warm textures and sculptural shapes to keep things visually interesting but never loud.
From the open office space to the bedroom, every room was designed to feel easy to settle into. It's relaxed, cohesive, and full of the kind of details that quietly pull everything together.
Summit 18: Bold Design With a View
Summit 18 goes in a different direction. This home plays with contrast, deeper colors, bolder silhouettes, and a little more edge. It sits high above Lake Oswego, and we wanted the interiors to carry that same sense of presence.
The pieces here are more sculptural, the materials more tactile, and the layout feels open but grounded. It's bold, but never overwhelming, just solid, confident design with intention behind every choice.
