Your City Home designer will serve as an expert guide who will bring your ideas to life and suggest ways for the design to grow.  

  2. Collaboration gets you out of your comfort zone – Everyone has a favorite color or style they’re attached to, and sometimes it can be hard to try something different. But if you really want your home to look fresh and new, you’ll need to step outside of your comfort zone a bit. A design expert can present you new, perhaps unexpected options for your space based on their experience and unique sense of perspective.

  3. Reduce your workload – Creating a space from the bottom up is a lot of work! There are so many choices to make, things to measure and pieces to buy. Why do it alone when our experts are happy to help lighten the load?

    On-Site Design

    From top to bottom, we’ve made it easy to work with our designers to style your space. Our on-site design services are available to customize both residential and commercial spaces. The process consists of just five easy stages.

    To get started, we’ll have you fill out this form. This gives us an initial idea of what kind of space we’ll be working in. It will also give you an opportunity to let us know what size budget you have in mind for the project. Please note, we do charge a $99 consultation fee for our services. However, if you spend $2,500 or more on furniture, we’ll credit this back to you on your purchase.

     

     

    On-Site Consultation

    We start off with an on-site consultation. This gives us an opportunity to check out your home and see what kind of space we’re working with. By welcoming us into your home, you’re giving us a firsthand opportunity to get to know you. You can show us the parts of your home you like, what you don’t like, what works, and what doesn’t work. While we’re visiting, we can begin to discuss budget and your overall vision for the space. We’ll also take measurements and pictures for our reference.

    Product Sourcing

    Back at the store, our designers get right to work finding the best pieces for your space. City Home has over 45,000 sq. ft. of inventory to choose from, and we work with hundreds of carefully vetted vendors – that’s a lot of options to comb through! With so many options to choose from, we’re sure to find the perfect combination of items to fit your style.

    Design Presentation

    Once we make our selections, we’ll invite you into the store to review our selections for your home. This gives you a chance to carefully consider our choices and get a sense of what your final design is going to look like. You’ll be able to ask for changes or give your final OK as part of a discussion with your design team.

    Product Ordering

    With our proposal okayed by you, it’s time to order everything. Don’t worry about having to place orders for each piece in the room; we’ll take care of everything for you, from placing the order to tracking and receiving. All you’ll have to do is sit back and dream about your new space.

    Delivery

    We’re at our journey’s end! On delivery day, we carefully unpack and bring every piece into its new home. Our team will work hard to ensure every last piece is in the perfect place and looks just right. At the end of the delivery day, you’ll be able to rest and relax in your City Home-styled space!

     

    Staging and Rentals

    Our design services go beyond on-site design. If you’ve got a home to sell or apartment to rent out, our team will create a stylish, welcoming staging design. The result will help your next buyer or tenant see themselves at home in your space. 

    We also offer commercial rental services to transform and style spaces like film sets, green rooms and event venues. You’ll get to choose from our vast catalog of on-trend pieces to make the space feel polished and comfortable for guests.
